Hey gang! We are so happy to have you here!

Thanks to each and every one of you for joining.

The best way to learn is from an engaged community of peers. The Warren is a supportive community, and we want to keep it that way. So please abide by the community rules below:

    Be active in the community.

If you give good feedback and engage with your peers, they’ll get to know you, and they’ll want to return the favor!

    Be generous with your experience.

If you can, help with answering the questions of other community members. None of us knows everything, and you might have the vital insight that helps someone get unstuck. Please, share your knowledge generously.

    Be kind.

No question is a stupid question; don’t make novice entrepreneurs feel stupid for asking. Everyone here has a common goal: entrepreneurial self-sufficiency. There is an abundance of money in the world, enough for everyone. There is no need to compete with one another. You are responsible for the words you choose.

    Ask for specific feedback.

When you post a question or project update, try asking for specific feedback. This will help your peers know what to focus on and make it easier for them to help you improve. The more specific you are about where you’re struggling, the easier it becomes to give precise advice.

It can be difficult to give and receive good feedback. If you would like to learn more about communicating feedback effectively, we recommend reading Difficult Conversations, and Thanks for the Feedback, by Douglas Stone and Sheila Heen.

    Do Not SPAM

Repetitive posts (especially of self-promotion) will be handled mercilessly. They cause chaos for our moderators and take valuable time away from helping the rest of the community. If you feel your posts aren’t getting any attention, the answer isn’t to post 30 topics about it on every board in The Warren. You might just suck at writing headlines. Repeat offenders may be banned from the community without refund at Wabbit’s discretion. Sorry (not sorry) to be so harsh but if you’re using spammy marketing tactics like that, you clearly haven’t paid attention to the course anyway.

    Pretty reasonable rules, right?

We really don’t want to have to enforce stuff like this so, please… don’t be a force of chaos here.

This community is what you make it. Have fun! Share your ups and downs. Entrepreneurship is a weird road. We’re all here for you.

The Watercooler board is there for any general conversations. Feel free to talk about life or whatever in there. Want to talk about how you’re dealing with a BF/GF who hates how much time you’re spending on your business, or how hard it is to balance your business with school, or your job. Even if you’re going through some personal problems, we are ALL in this together.

Let’s all help each other learn how to better ourselves and better our ability to thrive.

We love you all and will do everything we can to make this a POSITIVE environment for each and every one of us.

    – David

PS: One last rule, Do NOT screenshot, add people or share content onto the community timeline on Wabbit, any non-Wabbit property, or any third-party apps. You paid for this membership so, you deserve for it to remain private.

PPS: Do not send links to any pirated content, or any links to PDF versions of books in these channels. It’s super illegal to do that. Words from our lawyer. The reason you can find them on Google without Google getting sued, is because Google is free. Those websites are free. The Warren is not. So legally, we can’t post paid content for free here. If you plan on sharing pirated content, or any paid content that isn’t from Wabbit, don’t share it here. Email each other or something if you really have to, just don’t share it here. Failure to abide by any of the rules here (but especially this one) will result in the cancellation of your membership here without refund. We know you understand. Thanks!
